There is now a 2025 Danish XContest page, allowing for friendly competition between coastal soarers and thermal pilots for PG/HG flights starting from Danish soil, in separate categories.
Please participate and upload your flights and we can see how this goes/change rules for next year/get some sponsorship to have a decent prize.
 
How to participate:
 
STEP 1:
Register on XContest and LOG IN FIRST (this last step is important)
 
STEP 2:
Go to “National XContests” – select DK and click the registration button (do not make a new account, you’ve already got one/done that in step 1)
 
STEP 3:
Use XCtrack – this can show your flights live on XContest (good for safety in case you crash and for the joy of armchair pilots) and automatically upload your flights to World and DK Xcontests (if configured right)
or
Use any other flight instrument to generate a valid IGC and upload it to WORLD Xcontest – it will automatically copy it to DK XContest.
 
To get started, over an inital period, any flight since 1/10/2024 will still be accepted for this season.
